WGA is working with Prometheus Real Estate Group on the development of a new ground-up residential project on a vacant site in San Mateo, near the Burlingame border. The 250,000sf project will feature 181 units, with a mix of urban 1-bedrooms, classic 1-bedrooms and 2 and 3 bedroom units. Themes of biophilia inform the design which is organized around a linear courtyard and hanging gardens. Amenities include a pool, spa, gym, sky lounge and multiple outdoor spaces along with parking for cars and bicycles. The materials and styling all contribute to a feeling of quiet luxury and restfulness for the busy lives of the Silicon Valley residents. Construction is anticipated in 2026.
