The town of Petaluma is undergoing a wonderful and profound revitalization, shifting from a sleepy and waning agricultural hub to a vibrant community without losing their soul.  They are adding density and walkability to their downtown, developing a river walk and focusing on sustainability, community and liability.  We are contributing to this new Petaluma with a mixed use building at the river's edge, blending the historic industrial context with a modern sensibility.
